Join us as we share our mission, the impact of domestic violence in Powhatan and our surrounding rural communities, and the power of community collaboration in supporting women and families. We'll also highlight two of our signature initiatives, The Willow Farm Stand at Trotter Creek Farm and The Willow Society, and how these programs are creating meaningful connections while helping strengthen our community.

It Takes a Village: A Community United Against Domestic Violence
In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, join us for an evening of awareness, education, and hope as our community comes together to learn, reflect, and stand alongside survivors of domestic violence.
Experience a powerful documentary, hear from survivors, and learn from community partners working together to support survivors and strengthen our community.
Domestic violence affects individuals, families, workplaces, schools, and our entire community. While we have made meaningful strides in strengthening services, building partnerships, and increasing support for survivors, we know there is still more to do. Lasting change requires an informed, compassionate community that recognizes the signs of abuse, understands the resources available, and is committed to creating a culture where survivors are believed, supported, and empowered.
This event is an opportunity to learn how local organizations, law enforcement, healthcare providers, faith communities, advocates, and community members are working together to ensure that no survivor has to navigate the journey to healing alone.
Whether you're a community member, business owner, faith leader, educator, healthcare professional, volunteer, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, your presence matters.
Together, we can raise awareness, strengthen partnerships, inspire hope, and build a community where every survivor and every family has the opportunity to heal and thrive.
RVA Charity Golf Tournament
We are excited to announce that The Willow Collaborative has been chosen as a beneficiary organization alongside the Chesterfield Food Bank Outreach Center for the 11th Annual RVA Charity Golf Tournament!
For the past decade, this tournament Founded by Mark Ogorchock, local owner of Client First Insurance Group, has brought together Richmond’s community for a day of friendly competition, connection, and meaningful impact. Now entering its 11th year, this event continues to grow with the goal of raising $30,000+ to support local organizations making a difference!

Join us at the 2024 Christmas Parade which will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the historic and beautiful Powhatan County Courthouse!
The parade begins at the intersection of Old Buckingham Road and Mann Road, moves through the Courthouse, and concludes at Marion Harland Road.
